Independent passenger guide
Patna Metro Sarthi is an independent website and app by RudraArc Technologies. It does not represent any government entity and is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by PMRCL or any government authority.
These links open the original publishers. Each reference supports only the topic described below. Project reports are not a live timetable or an official fare or platform chart.
Official project references
Bihar Government · Malahi Pakri extension
Chief Minister Secretariat release on the Malahi Pakri station inauguration and metro extension. It does not publish the app’s fare matrix, platform assignments or daily timetable.
Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs answer to Lok Sabha Question 4561: corridor endpoints, sanctioned lengths and the earlier Bhootnath–Patliputra Bus Terminal opening. Historical project status, not today’s service notice. PDF.
Preparatory Survey on Patna Metro Rail Project, Final Report, Chapter 5: planned corridor diagrams and station alignment. Planning information does not establish which stations are open. Large PDF.
Final Report, Table 5-26: historical station-centre alignment used for intermediate distance estimates. Not a current surveyed distance certificate. The separately reported 6.2 km end-to-end value is explained below. Large PDF.
Malahi Pakri outward fares use a supplied station fare-board photo. Return and other pair fares include traveller confirmations. These are locally supplied references, not a linked official online fare chart. Buy tickets at the station and follow its current fare display.
Platforms · traveller-reported guidance
Platform 1 towards New ISBT and Platform 2 towards Malahi Pakri were supplied by the app owner for the four passenger stations. No official online platform notice is cited for this rule. Check the platform display before boarding; arrangements may change.
Time, distance and passenger access
Journey minutes are an app estimate: 4 minutes per passenger-station interval plus 1 minute when passing Khemni Chak. They exclude waiting and are not scheduled departures. The 08:00–20:00 service window uses the news report below, not a station-specific first/last-train timetable. The owner-supplied 6.2 km Malahi Pakri–New ISBT total is supported by Hindustan; other pair distances use historical JICA alignment and need not sum to that total. Passenger availability combines government opening releases, news and traveller input; planned interchange identity never implies usable transfer.
Station rules and assistance
Ticket, safety and helpline guidance was transcribed from station-board photos supplied to the developer. These photos are local reference material, not a published government URL. Current station signs and staff instructions take precedence.
News reports · non-government sources
Dainik Jagran · reported operating window
Media report used for the 08:00–20:00 service window and extension context. This is a news publisher, not a government source or a live timetable. The reported end-to-end time is not the app’s per-pair calculation.
Media context for the owner-supplied approximate Malahi Pakri–New ISBT route total. Not an official engineering measurement, fare authority or platform notice.
Original operator topology reference: https://patnametro.bihar.gov.in/pages/route-map. This site may be unavailable; the accessible government and JICA references above provide project context. Never bypass a browser security warning. Follow station notices and staff for current travel instructions.
